Our site is registered in New Zealand. As a consequence, irrespective of your place of residence, any purchase you make will occur in New Zealand and will be governed by these T&Cs and the laws of New Zealand

HUA CLOTHING reserves the right to cancel orders for perceived fraudulent or nefarious activity on site
You will be asked to register as a member of huaclothing.co.nz. Apart from the many member benefits, including receiving emails containing special deals, your shopping address details will be filed saving you the effort of entering these details each time you checkout. If you do not want to register as a member you will still be able to make a purchase. Your personal details and postal address will not be saved and you will not receive promotional communications.
The name that will appear on your statement after purchase will be SP HUA CLOTHING or HUA HARD LIMITED depending on your method of payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. HUA CLOTHING reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until HUA CLOTHING confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as HUA CLOTHING may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export
Pricing
All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD). These prices also include sales tax: GST (excluding shipping costs)
All prices are correct at time of publication; however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email

Charges
You are required to pay all charges incurred by you or on your behalf through the Site, at the price(s) in effect when these charges are incurred, including, without limitation, all shipping and handling charges and any applicable network charges in respect of mobile downloads. All sales through the Site are final, and all charges from those sales are non refundable, except as otherwise expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions.
Delivery Delays
Technical and/or other problems may postpone, delay or prevent delivery of a particular Product. You should receive any Product(s) that you order within a reasonable timeframe depending on your location.
While NZ Post make every effort to deliver parcels within our delivery timeframe, we cannot guarantee delivery times as these can change for reasons which are beyond our control. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you
Our shipping and return policies are outlined on our website and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our policies before making a purchase
Our Products
Every effort has been made to portray the colours of our products that appear on this website as accurately as possible. However, because the actual colours you see depend on the monitor you are using, HUA CLOTHING cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate. We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any products or services purchased by you will meet your expectations or be the same as depicted or rendered in our online store.
All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantities of any products that we offer to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellations
It is possible to change or cancel your order once it has been submitted but we need to know as soon as possible. We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours so any changes need to be sent through as quickly as possible. Please email us on enquiries@huaclothing.co.nz
Refunds
At HUA CLOTHING we aim to provide you with quality products and service at all times, however if you have purchased an item and believe it to be faulty, it can either be replaced or refunded. Free of charge
For items you believe to be faulty, you have up to 14 days from the date you receive your order to return items with a proof of purchase
Returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with all the garment tags still attached. We can either give you a full refund on the item(s), or exchange them for another style, size or colour of the same value. If there is a difference in value we will refund or ask for you to cover the difference in price. We will refuse returns of items where it is apparent that he conditions have not been met
We are unable to refund items where you have selected an incorrect size, or simply changed your mind

Your right to use this website is personal to you. You may not authorize others to use this website and you are responsible for your own use of this website
You may not download, modify, transmit, or otherwise use any material from this website for public or commercial purposes
